The shoes we make are different from other shoes on the market (made by factory machines). Beyond Design: The Hidden Art of Crafting the Perfect Shoe Tree
I kept improved the shoes in all the ways every year. Because every time I release an updated version, I will stop selling the old version even though Backlogged inventory and lost a lot of money. I want to ensure my customers always receive the best and most perfect shoes. So there are mountains of defective pieces stay there that I'm not happy with. In my studio, I've made countless shoe trees, which are essentially the soul of a shoe. Picture two identical pairs of shoes—same design, same materials—but when you wear them, they feel entirely different. I always put a lot of time in developing shoe trees!

Some early September orders experienced issues such as the glue lifting slightly around the seams or the painted edge on the sole wearing away sooner than expected.
We took this seriously, very seriously!
As soon as we received these messages, our entire team participated and worked overnight to rectify the issues. You can see the before-and-after comparison in the video. Since completing these upgrades in late September, our newer batches have been performing beautifully, and we’ve received almost no similar feedback since. Got them delivered to me within a week! Love the care they put into their packaging. Came with a little post card and socks. The shoes themselves are very comfortable and I’d suggest going true to size!
Yayy! Took a little under than a month to arrive and was so happy to get these. When picking the size measure your foot and look at the size chart (normally a size eu 37 but ordered a 35 according to the chart measurements and it fits). Shoes themselves are very cute and comfortable, got a some blisters but that was expected with the type of shoe. Good customer care, thank you :)
Item just as described and super comfortable. In comparison to those that must not be named, these are actually more comfortable!! Leather is super soft and the soles are cushioned. Definitely buying another pair while saving hundreds of dollars!
Beautiful, true to size. A bit longer in length compared to the sheep leather pumps with the bow but still fit me well with room with a sock. No heel slip for me. No break in. Zero blistering. I commute to work and back in these. Comfortable all day. Worth every penny especially in black. Also- dont make that clickety clack noise if youre looking for a quieter office shoe. Love the sole protecters and tabi socks they come with. Just top of the line quality. Happy second pair.

Excellent cuatomer service even before ordering. I suffer from feet pain, specifically from a bunion and the customer service team was incredibly helpful in finding my right size and model that would not be too narrow. The shoes arrived in about a month and ive worn them 4 times a week the last two weeks and confirm they are comfortable and beautiful. I live in Rome and even on the cobblestones I am comfortable.
If you need a sign to buy these, THIS IS IT! omg my favorite pair of shoes. they are extremely comfortable, so adorable, and amazing quality. the customer service was amazing and the shipping was so fast! i would buy these over and over again. 1000000/10 definitely recommend! (ps. i say maybe go up a size? mine r a little snug at the top but i think breaking them in a little bit more will loosen them up and make them fit perfectly, just a fyi)
The shoes were packed individually in its own dust bags. They look absolutely incredible and you can tell that they're made from exceptional leather. They look super cute and they feel very comfortable. The sizes are also ''true in size'' which is very practical. Initially I bought them in a different colour and later contacted the Customer Service Team if I could change the colour and they were more then helpful. They were so kind and sweet and they kept me informed about the whole process. I am beyond happy and satisfied with the shoes and I'm so happy I get to wear them in real life. Great job to the whole WoodChuckSato Team for doing an incredible job! Highly highly recommend <3
